New Exhibit in August: "Beneath the Artist's Hand"

Whether holding a paintbrush, clay, camera, pencil, ink, wood, or other medium, the artist's hand creates beneath it what the mind imagines, what the heart feels, what the eye sees. The art that emerges beneath the artist’s hand is filled with possibilities.

Our new Beneath the Artist's Hand exhibit, running August through September, features our ICON Artists who have been with The Capital Gallery since our founding. We are celebrating these five North Dakota artists who we named as "icons" in October 2022 for their longevity as artists, the quality of their work, their contributions to the success of The Capital Gallery, and their far-reaching impact on the world of art.
