"Two Ravens" sold

"Two Ravens" by Michael Westergard

The Capital Gallery is thrilled to announce the sale of Michael Westergard’s “Two Ravens.” Two Ravens (“Pehriska-Ruhpa”) was a Hidatsa leader who posed for artist Karl Bodmer at Fort Clark in 1834.

Mr. Westergard is retired and is no longer producing sculptures. His career spanned decades and he is known world-wide for his historically accurate sculptures of Native Americans. The Capital Gallery is honored to have represented Mr. Westergard in the sale of Two Ravens and numerous other pieces over the past several years.
