The Capital Gallery offers preview of talent for 2024
Mezzotint prints of Native American dancers, botanical studies in ink, fur that comes alive, animals in abstract, surreal nature photography. These are just a few of the diverse artwork styles now on display at The Capital Gallery in Bismarck.
The new "Let's Start the New Year Right" exhibit showcases a wide variety of art mediums and subjects as a preview of the many talented regional artists whose works the gallery will feature throughout the year.
Artists with pieces in this exhibit include Linda Whitney, Alicia Hauff, Karen Bakke, Marcella Rose, Ken Burkhardsmeier, Kayla Due, Tracy Miller, Walter Piehl, Butch Thunder Hawk, Alicia Leingang, Kate Baldock, and Medora Frei.
A reception with the artists will be held Tuesday, January 16, from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm at The Capital Gallery.
The exhibit runs through February 24 and is free of charge to the public.
